Join us as we bring healthy and sustainable living to millions of Americans in the years to come.THE ROLEWe're looking for a Manager of Partnerships who will primarily focus on scaling our Instagram channel, driving awareness and quality members to our Thrive Market community, efficiently. This person should have a proven track record of driving online consumer traffic though Instagram influencers, delivering positive ROI, and will have existing agency and talent relationships across the influencer space. Strong interpersonal skills are required, as this person will partner closely with hundreds of partners and work together with internal departments including content, brand, acquisition, merchandising, product and analytics. This person is motivated by data, is analytical, and will be seen as a strategic leader who can negotiate and execute campaigns hitting weekly and monthly budget goals. The role will report into our Director, Partnerships.RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Ownership and management of an existing pipeline of Instagram partnerships, negotiating and scheduling content-rich campaigns to hit daily, weekly and monthly KPIs
  • Actively recruit new partners leveraging existing relationships to partner with across Instagram, scaling budget
  • Optimize partner performance by developing new creative assets, landing page and funnel testing, and other operational levers to achieve success on all campaigns
  • Analyze campaign performance and adjust outreach and efforts based on data and goal KPIs
  • Deliver and communicate insights on data results
  • Work closely with our Paid Acquisition team to leverage top performing influencer content across paid channels
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3+ years experience in Influencer Marketing, focus on Instagram is mandatory
  • Performance driven: KPIs motivate you, but you don't risk brand integrity to hit goals
  • Comfortable moving at a start-up pace (FAST!), and confident, outgoing and persistent with follow-ups
  • Exceptional communication skills: you are able to flex communication styles between team members, executives, agents, and high powered influencers
  • Organized: you can usually see the end of your inbox and have a prioritized to-do list everyday
  • Process-oriented: you stay on task and can easily keep others on task

  • Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and geographic location.
