- Managing and training pharmacy support staff and overseeing the day-to-day running of the pharmacy.
- Maintaining meticulous records in accordance with professional standards and regulations.
- Engaging in continuous professional development and keeping up to date with pharmacological knowledge.
- Working collaboratively with healthcare professionals to optimise patient outcomes.
- A degree in Pharmacy (MPharm or BPharm) and GPhC registration as a Pharmacist.
- Excellent clinical and professional standards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building trust with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and evenings when required.
- Experience in pharmacy management and delivery of pharmacy services is highly desirable.
