- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with the firm's goals and enhance its market presence.
- Lead and expand the marketing department, nurturing a team of marketing professionals.
- Manage significant budgets for both traditional and digital marketing channels, ensuring optimal allocation for maximum impact.’
- Spearhead our digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing, to generate leads and elevate online presence.
- Enhance client engagement through innovative community and event marketing.
- Analyze market trends and marketing data to continuously refine our marketing efforts and improve performance.
- Work collaboratively across departments to integrate marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

- Our ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. A Master’s degree or an MBA is preferred.
- Proven marketing leadership experience of over 8 years, ideally within a professional services or law firm setting.
- Strong background in digital marketing, with demonstrated successes in improving online visibility and lead generation.
- Expertise in managing traditional media and advertising buys, with a keen understanding of optimizing marketing spend.
- Excellent leadership skills with experience building and mentoring a team.
- Data-driven mindset with a capacity to translate analytics into actionable marketing strategies.
- Ability to operate both at a strategic level and be hands-on in implementing marketing activities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of working effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience managing budgets in excess of $3 million.
