- Cooperate closely with sales teams, investment specialists and other departments within firm to produce high quality, client-focused RFPs, DDQs and other questionnaires within challenging timeframes.
- Ensure all documents are high-quality, accurate, timely and adhere to relevant rules and guidelines.
- Collaborate with team colleagues globally to continuously improve the RFP production process and the quality of the documents and their content, in order to improve hit ratios and efficiency and thereby support the achievement of firm’s commercial targets.
- Project participation as assigned, as well as any other ad hoc duties or responsibilities that may be required.

- Consider the implications of your actions on colleagues, partners, and clients before making decisions and escalate issues to your manager when unsure
- 1-4 years of relevant experience at an investment management firm completing RFPs
- Financial writing / editing experience and level of expertise tailoring technical investment content to concisely answer individual client needs and questions.
- High level of proficiency dealing with large volumes of investment product data.
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word); experience using Qvidian an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Economics, Finance, Marketing or Business Administration
- Fluent spoken and written English; additional European languages an advantage (especially French).
