Provide business, financial management, and administrative services.
Develop spend plans and budget-related products.
Provide program funding execution and financial reporting to the finance team.
Serve as the financial execution manager by updating and submitting monthly execution reports, spend plans, and various Excel reports as needed.
Conduct cost analysis and provide detailed reports regarding the financial status of the program.
Review, monitor, and assist the Program Office to determine the funds are executed properly.
Monitor commitments, obligations, expenditures, and workload analysis with Field Activities to ensure that financial accounts are balanced using Navy ERP system.
Qualifications & Clearance RequirementsEducation, Work Experience, Skills, and Clearance Requirements:
Bachelor's degree (in Business, Finance, Political Science, or related field) OR a high school diploma or equivalent and a minimum of three (3) years of related financial management experience in Defense Industry/Department of the Navy in lieu of the degree.
Familiarity with MS Office.
Ability to obtain a SECRET security clearance within five (5) months of hire date.
Preferred:
Experience with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
