Education and Licensure:
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher
  • LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT or similar
Essential Responsibilities (others may be assigned:
  • Lead interdisciplinary team to assess treatment at more than one school and coordinate care
  • Conduct thorough psychiatric diagnostic evaluations to determine appropriate level of treatment
  • Develop client-focused treatment plans
  • Provide therapy and other behavioral health services to at-risk children and adolescents with mental health diagnoses
  • Complete daily progress notes and other Medicaid documentation within proper timeframes
  • Triage and coordinate the mental health needs of clients and schools
Qualifications:
  • Desire to work a team approach with at-risk youth and families and value diversity and inclusion
  • Ability to learn and use computer software applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
