- Plan and allocate resources for facilities projects.
- Review and monitoring of current processes to optimize efficiency.
- Troubleshooting simple and challenging issues with the plant utility systems.
- Write internal standard operating procedures (SOP)
- Identify and implement facility improvements and installation projects.
- Design of new electrical and mechanical solutions, processes, or procedures across the facility
- Responsibility to ensure plant utility systems meet internal standards and external regulatory requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation to ensure full compliance.
- Compressors, Driers, and Air Accumulation
- Cooling Towers and Water Treatment Systems
- HVAC Systems
- Incoming Power, Transformers and Power Rails
- Dust Collectors, Blowers, and Bin Vents
- Material Transportation Piping

- Yard, Grounds, Parking Lot, Washes, Trash Dumpsters and Pathways
- Camera Systems, Fire Systems, Shelter Alarms & Lighted Exit Signs
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Effective Communications: Working knowledge of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques; ability to effectively transmit, receive, and accurately interpret ideas, information, and needs through the application of appropriate communication behaviors.
- Problem Solving: Working knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations.
- Engineering - MFG: Working knowledge of processes, techniques, and methods of engineering in a manufacturing environment; ability to design and implement materials, structures, machines, devices, systems, and processes that safely realize a desired objective or invention.
- Troubleshooting Technical Problems: Working knowledge of troubleshooting approaches, tools, and techniques; ability to anticipate, detect and resolve technical problems in a manufacturing environment.
- Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and conveyance systems.
