HR is the department responsible for maintaining a company's personnel, employee relations and workplace culture.Responsibilities and Skills required:
  • Strong people skills and enjoy helping others succeed.
  • Primary functions include explanation of compensation and benefits, employee relations, legal compliance and company image.
  • Record keeping; HR organizes and oversees confidential information such as contracts, wages, job responsibilities, disciplinary measures and performance reviews. Must be well-organized, discreet and professional, keeping information easily accessible at all times.
  • Must be able to answer phones, handle and greet our customers when needed
