- Monitor incoming requests of end users
- Identify issues, problems and inefficiencies of the SuccessFactors modules and platforms, and work with end users, internal ERP support staff, third parties and others as needed to coordinate resolution in a timely manner
- Break/fix and non-project adjustments should be completed in less than 30 days
- Accurate accounting of time
- Creation and maintenance of ERP/HR project list
- Successful and timely (on-schedule) completion of projects
- Development of new user procedures where appropriate
- Projects are clearly defined with milestones, tasks and timelines; Stakeholders are engaged and active in the project process
- Increase competency and familiarity with the programs, interfaces, workflows, tables and all technical aspects related to this area of SAP
- Investigate SuccessFactors release notes and patches and work with third party to communicate release schedule and system updates that effect users
- Be informed of any new delivered functionality that might be useful to the organization and determine where it might fit on the internal roadmap
- Oversee and sign off on all developments/changes (transports) to SuccessFactors objects
- Strive to continue to learn about enhancements, other functional areas and products that interface with SuccessFactors
- Successful, timely and efficient management of configuration in SuccessFactors EC and ECP including Time, Tax, Org Management, BSI Tax Factory, ABAP, Master Data/Benefits and ESS, etc.
- Managing the configuration of requisitions, candidate pipelines, offer letters, through to onboarding
- Managing the configuration of candidate applications and of the organizations career site
