- Lead agency partners in the develop and implementation of strategic and tactical plans to drive brand growth
- Evolve HCP messaging and campaign elements
- Identify and pursue opportunities to drive brand growth
- Diagnose obstacles to brand growth and work collaboratively to provide solutions
- Assist in the annual brand planning process
- Manage and coordinate all HCP programs
- Analyzes market data and information to make informed decisions
- Work with cross functional scientific team to ensure maximization of all scientific data
- Manage agencies and associated budgets
- Responsible for the promotional approval process of materials
- Follow all policies and procedures
- Evaluate and maximize ROI on marketing projects/programs
- Ability to manage people and processes without a direct reporting structure
- Conduct Sales Force Ad Boards
- Brand liaison to all customer facing teams
- Works collaboratively with internal and external partners to ensure flawless execution of the brand plan

- Attend HCP customer meetings as well as other business related meetings and congresses
- Deliver effective and informative presentations to customer facing functions and Sr. Management
- Excellent verbal, written, organization and interpersonal skills required
- Strong pharmaceutical industry and business acumen.
- Able to draw insights from variety of sources, understands market and competition. Compiles relevant data from appropriate sources and performs analysis with a recommendation.
- Synthesizes complex and diverse information, recognizes trends and/or interrelationships.
- Ability to meet objectives and deadlines
- Project management experience and the ability to manage and coordinate projects with multiple internal partners and vendors.
- Demonstrated leadership ability including cross-functional and global teams.
- Efficient in MS Office tools including Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook.
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. Marketing degree or MBA.
- Minimum of 7 years consisting of marketing and/or sales experience required.
- Experience in managing an Agency of Record or other agencies that support a brand.
- Experience of being part of a branded marketing team is preferred.
- Experience in CNS/Neurology is preferred.
- Experience or Sales Management experience preferred.
- Experience managing people and projects without direct reporting authority.
