  • Proficient and knowledgeable in the subject area
  • Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with students, parents and staff
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of data and how it is used to inform instruction
  • Proficient with technology as an instructional tool.
Responsibilities:
  • Plan, prepare and implement instruction and assessments.
  • Honor and carry out district initiatives.

  • Communicate student progress and development with parents and staff.
  • Provide a flexible, stable and pleasant learning environment that is child-centered while maintaining appropriate classroom management.

  • Ability to demonstrate judgment, decision-making, conflict management and resolution.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
