Contract Position for the full 2024/2025 School Year.
Location: Granite Falls, WA
Start date: September 2024
End date: June 2025
School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) Details:
37.5-40 hours per week
Follows school calendar with included breaks. No weekends, holidays, and school breaks off.
Instructs students individually and in group settings in both special education classrooms and the regular education environment.
Participates in the IEP team process to develop, review, evaluate, and implement Individual Education Programs (IEP) for students with disabilities.
Monitors and evaluates students' work and progress based on tests, reports, work samples, and observations keeps appropriate records, and prepares progress reports.
Develop a treatment plan to outline the specific occupational therapy intervention that will assist the child in meeting the goals and objectives.
Participates in parent/teacher conferences, and open houses, and provides qualitative and quantitative feedback to students and parents.
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university.
WA Occupational Therapy license (OTR/OTD)
ESA Certification
3-5 years of relevant experience, preferred.
Pay:
$2,212.00 - $2,655.00/week D.O.E.
