- Proactively identify and research potential leads through various channels, including online research and outbound prospecting.
- Generate a consistent flow of high-quality leads to contribute to the sales pipeline.
- Conduct outbound prospecting through account research, cold calling, emailing, and social selling to engage with target accounts.
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs, budget, and buying intent.
- Schedule appointments, demos, or meetings for the sales team with qualified leads.
- Ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads to Account Executives for further engagement.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and activities in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Managers to understand target accounts, messaging, and qualification criteria.
- Gather feedback from the sales team to continually refine lead qualification processes.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with potential leads and effectively communicate the value proposition of the product or service.
- Ability to articulate messages clearly and persuasively.
- Curiosity: Demonstrates a strong desire to learn and understand both the industry and customer needs.
- Coachability: Shows a willingness and capability to receive feedback and constructive criticism to improve their performance.

- Demonstrates an understanding of the benefits of technology, with some CRM experience desirable.
- Ability to adapt to new technologies and tools as needed.
- Understanding of new AI technologies and how to prompt a system.
- Salary range: $46,750 to $55,000, plus a competitive commission plan.
