- Identify and target potential customers through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and social media
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay updated with industry trends
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential customers, highlighting the benefits and features of our products
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing campaigns and promotions
- Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends, providing regular reports to management
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and generate leads
- Stay updated with product knowledge and industry developments to provide accurate information and excellent customer service
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in English and Arabic is required
- Valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle
- Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences
