  • supports sales and internal customers consulting on client requirements and proposes technology solutions and business cases;
  • works on the design, testing and technology implementation of technical projects;
  • provides technical knowledge and support on installations, implementations and applications in both pre and post-sales to clients and/or potential clients;
  • manages the delivery of complex project;
  • gathers client feedback and suggests new solutions or makes recommendations for improvements to existing products.
What we askRequired Skills:
  • Degree in Engineering or Technical Diploma (computer science or graphic);
  • Fluen knowledge of English language;
  • IT skills at system administrator level that allow you to install, configure, integrate into the customer's environment and use the application tools necessary to operate in the world of printing (Graphic and Transactional Arts). The reference operating systems are those relating to PCs, Servers and in some cases Host environments present at the customers' premises;
  • IT skills at the application level that allow you to develop applications or scripts in the production workflow field;
  • skills related to the printing and graphic arts sector (prepress and color management, reference standards -e.g. Fogra, production processes, production techniques, dedicated software packages);
  • knowledge of project management methodologies and possible certification of Project Management;
  • teamwork attitude is fundamental;
  • attitude to work by objectives;
  • ability and sensitivity to quickly and concisely understand the needs and expectations of the interlocutors;
  • ability to analyze complex processes;
  • problem solving;
  • knowledge of MS Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Visio) and Project Management tools (MS-Project);
  • availability for frequent business trips.
