Monotelo Advisors in Carlinville and Gillespie, IL is seeking to expand our team with bright, motivated individuals.What You’ll Do:· Oversee bookkeeping functions and develop financial reports in Quickbooks· Oversee monthly sales tax returns· Oversee monthly, quarterly and annual payroll reports· Review individual income tax returns· Prepare corporate and partnership tax returns· Communicate and develop relationships with small business clientsWhat You’ll Bring to the Role:· Desire to learn and grow· Strong analytical and oral communication skills· Capacity to self-direct and take initiative· Proficiency in Quickbooks· Experience in tax preparation· Ability to multitask and meet deadlinesQualifications:· CPA Designation· Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting· Enrolled Agent with 10 years of tax experience will be considered*** If hired, this position does not start until the second week of November***Flexible work from home options available.
