- Independently establish product strategy and vision within a defined product of responsibility while gaining executive alignment to drive performance.
- Ensure Product vision and features align with client’s core needs and solve market pain points. Be the Voice of the Customer. Continuously refine and adapt the strategy based on market dynamics.
- Be responsible for the financials (P&L, ROI) of assigned product, ensuring financially sound decision making to maximize ROI.
- Establish and monitor OKRs to drive adoption, usage, and overall customer satisfaction.
- Proactively drive collaboration with Marketing and Business development teams to create and deploy effective product launches and campaigns.
- Create, design and market test new product iterations to continuously meet the market needs.
- Design, coordinate and oversee customer research efforts. Write survey and interview questions, host user group meetings, webinars, and other client events. Utilize customer feedback to drive product improvements and enhancements.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization. Evaluate competitors and industry trends to stay ahead in the market.
- Serves as a mentor and resource to junior Product team members.
- Minimum 10+ years of total work experience preferably within consulting, outsourcing, insurance or other related fiel
- 5 years' experience in product development/product management.
- Insurance industry experience highly preferred
- The ability to interpret customer needs and apply them to existing or new products
- Master problem solving & listening skills
- Intellectual curiosity and the drive to learn everything about a new concept or idea
- Excellent oral, written and presentation skills at all levels
