- Enhance existing coding standards and explore innovative development techniques.
- Contribute technical and process improvement recommendations within the technical leadership team.
- Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to plan features, gather requirements, and propose solutions.
- Support the application lifecycle from conception to release, demonstrating adaptability to new technologies and fostering innovative thinking.
- Demonstrate expertise in Product Information Management and Product Data Hub cloud or Supplier Hub.
- Analyze business models and customer requirements to design and implement Internet solutions utilizing diverse technologies.
- Estimate project task hours and facilitate development brainstorming sessions.
- Undertake complex programming assignments, adhering to established standards and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure standard tools and processes adoption.
- Prioritize workload between project and maintenance tasks effectively.
- Maintain and enhance web applications, incorporating approved changes and providing support for critical issues.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in troubleshooting critical production problems.
- Mentor and train other developers, fostering cross-functional and collaborative capabilities within the team.
- Conduct research on emerging technologies, share knowledge with development teams, and mentor junior developers.
- Manage projects, make presentations, and provide tier 2 support for critical application issues.
- Assist in hiring activities and promote diversity and inclusion within the team.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of IT experience.
- Strong technical proficiency in Product Data Hub/Supplier Hub modules and cloud implementations.
- Experience integrating with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle E-Business, SAP) and building Java/JavaScript-based applications.
- Proficiency in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) development and experience in Lean or Agile environments.
- Familiarity with presentation and communication tools like MS PowerPoint and Visio.
- Experience with SoapUI or similar web service testing tools.
- Proficiency in jQuery/Angular/React/ADF/APEX applications and Oracle JET/Visual Builder/Process Builder Cloud services.
- Familiarity with version control and software configuration management tools (e.g., Subversion, Git, GitHub) and Oracle Certification.
- Experience with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools and enterprise development team collaboration.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Proactive learner with strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
