- Network engineer with 3-5 years of hand-on data internetworking experience.
- Network Services Protocols: VSS, WCCP, ACLs, Policy Based Routing (PBR).
- In depth understanding of Cisco DNAC and ISE.
- Understanding of Software Defined Networking principles and implementation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize and balance multiple tasks.
- Customer service skills and professionalism are required as are effective troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently.
- Must be proficient with a computer and be skilled with Microsoft Office (Visio, Word, Excel and MS Project)
- Must be able to support on-call/outage needs.
- Must support user support calls, enter/modify tickets, resolve trouble tickets and requests.
- Must be able to walk sizeable campus to support user base and lift at least 40 lbs
- Background in USAF Cyberspace Operations and understanding of technical discussions and projects.
- Strong familiarity with AT&T DoD service offerings, preferably relating to USAF and NaaS.
- Professionally certified in CCNP, CCDP or other relevant certifications.
