The Clinical Quality Assurance Reviewer is dedicated to ensuring clinical quality assurance with Directions for Living's clinical services by determining medical necessity, ensuring clinical quality in all treatment planning and other required documentation, processing and completing assigned bio-psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, briefs, safety plans in a timely manner and identifying errors and omissions in bios and treatment plans completed by other departments.This position will require expert clinical review skills, excellent leadership qualities, strong knowledge of EHR software and the ability to work as part of a team and partner with all providers across the organization. This position has no direct reports and it is office based.Directions for Living is an essential services provider. All Directions for Living employees must be willing and able to provide vital support and essential services to the people that we serve in the event of an emergency, pandemic or other disaster situation.EDUCATION EXPERIENCE/REQUIREMENTS: * Must have a Master's Degree in one of the healing arts to include social work, marriage and family or mental health counseling. from an accredited university with five at least three (3) years of experience in working with at-risk populations.
  • Florida licensure as a LCSW, LMHC or LMFT required, and must be maintained throughout employment at the employee's expense.
