The Parts, Apparel and Accessories Specialist at Grand Prix Motorsports in Littleton, Colorado is a full-time, individual contributor role in the powersports industry. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales of parts, apparel, and accessories for all types of Motorcycles, ATV's and UTV's. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge and passion for motorcycles and have proven sales experience in a related industry.Compensation & Benefits:
The Parts, Apparel and Accessories Specialist will receive a hourly base pay of approximately $35,000 per year, along with the opportunity to earn commission based on sales performance. Benefits include biweekly pay, health insurance, retirement savings plan, and employee discounts for motorcycle purchases and service.Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all parts, apparel, and accessory customers
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing parts, apparel, and accessories to meet their needs
- Continuously learn and stay updated on new products, features, and benefits to effectively communicate with customers
- Maintain inventory levels and ensure merchandise displays are well organized and stocked
- Meet and exceed sales goals through proactive selling, upselling, and cross-selling techniques
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Support marketing initiatives and promotions for parts, apparel, and accessories
- Collaborate with the service department to ensure customer satisfactionRequirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of proven sales experience
- Strong knowledge and passion for motorcycles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient computer skills
