- Manage job postings in applicant tracking system and other recruitment avenues. Conduct phone interviews with candidates and schedule in-person interviews with hiring manager.
- Complete onboarding of new employees, orientations, benefit administration, and manage employee counseling/performance system.
- Attend college/high school job fairs and other recruiting venues.
- Store visits to Little Canada, Hudson, St. Croix Falls, and Owatonna locations to support employee HR needs.
- Provide backup for payroll processing, as needed.
- Employee Handbook, Safety Manual, and ERTK Manual maintenance.
- Implement and administer performance review process.
- Oversee and coordinate annual benefits open enrollment process and 401K participation.
- Maintain Workers Comp and annual Safety Evaluations for all 5 locations.
- Strong emphasis in recruitment
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business or related field
- A minimum of three years' experience in Human Resources with recruitment
- Knowledge of national laws and regulations related to employment
- MS Office suite skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Effective time management and organizational abilities
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
