- Project Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of HR projects. This includes tasks such as scheduling meetings, preparing project documentation, and tracking project progress.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze HR data to support decision-making processes. This may include employee engagement surveys, performance metrics, and diversity and inclusion statistics.
- Research and Benchmarking: Conduct research on HR best practices and benchmark our processes against industry standards. Provide recommendations for improvements.
- Communication and Reporting: Prepare reports and presentations to communicate project status and findings to stakeholders. Create visualizations to present data insights clearly.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members across different departments to support HR initiatives and ensure the successful integration of project outcomes.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties to support the HR department, such as maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding processes, and organizing training sessions.
- Recruiting Support: Learn about HR processes and support recruiting in interview and selection, working in an ATS and providing hiring data for QBRs.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a master’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
