Job Description:Job Description:Answers incoming help requests from staff and residents. Logs/Updates all requests in helpdesk ticketing system. Provides Tier I support and training on applications, printers and systems. Performs PC installs and maintenance under the direction of supervisor. Serves as phone system technician. Primary location will be our Smith Crossing campus in Orland Park.Requirements:
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Access and Project
  • Working knowledge of:
  • Microsoft operating systems and LAN and WAN technologies
  • WiFi technologies
  • Relevant software, hardware and equipment
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including on-call hours
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Some local travel required
