- Lead and Manage the Sales Team, ensuring alignment with company goals and sales targets and fostering a culture success, continuous improvement, and high performance
- Optimize the Onboarding process of new sales staff and provide all the training required to ensure the success of the sales team (sales pitch, product launch, sales process, etc.)
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and processes to drive ambitious sales growth and efficiency
- Perform regular data analysis to assess the effectiveness of sales initiatives, provide data-driven insights to guide decision-making and refine strategies for maximum impact
- Evaluate regularly overall sales performance and articulate the insights towards the Executive Committee
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution of business expansion efforts
- Get involved in large strategic projects related to Sales
- Successful experience in a senior sales leadership role in B2B company, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Outstanding leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and drive high-performing sales team
- Perfectly fluent in English and French; knowledge of additional European languages is an asset
- A proven track record of data-oriented skills
- Excellent strategic thinking, with a solid understanding of sales processes, market dynamics, and customer relationship management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging effectively at all levels within the organisation and with key external stakeholders
- Previous experience in managing different markets in Europe is required, with a solid understanding of cultural nuances and business practices across European countries
