- Actively explore and discover business prospects within power plants, steel, and cement sites, fostering positive relationships and building a robust network with potential clients to expand the industrial company's reach in Vietnam.
- Take charge of the entire sales cycle, from pre-sales to after-sales, serving as the primary point of contact for customers within the company. Collaborate closely with the technical team for effective customer support.
- Coordinate and facilitate site visits for potential commercial deals, gathering essential technical information to formulate preliminary proposals.
- Strengthen the company's presence and visibility in Vietnam through active participation in networking events and other industry-related gatherings.
- Provide assistance to channel partner companies, engaging in support activities and cultivating new relationships with potential partners.
- Contribute to the development of new channel partner connections and actively participate in various internal and external communication and consultation programs conducted by the company.
- Demonstrate 5-7 years of sales expertise in industrial equipment, with an advantageous background in coal power plants, steel industry, or cement.
- Essential to have proficient oral and written English communication skills.
- Display a strong inclination for networking, a proactive approach to acquiring new clients, and persistent goal-oriented behavior.
- Thorough understanding of Sales Management activities and extensive experience in sales within industrial sectors.
- Willingness and availability for frequent national travel.
- Exhibit a meticulous and organized mindset.
- Strong communication skills are a key attribute.
- Possess a bachelor's degree or higher in an Industry or Engineering-related field.
