RnD Process Engineer /Researcher

• Research and development of novel dielectric materials for use in additive manufacturing microfabrication.
• Hands-on resin formulation of novel resins for 3D DLP printing based with acrylates, epoxies, etc.
• Formulation of composite resins with various fillers and additives (application of dispersion techniques).
• Characterization of formulation and functionality (e.g. dispersion quality, curing characteristics, rheology, surface tension)
• Characterization of polymeric materials (e.g. mechanical and thermal properties)
• Close collaboration with process engineering
• Management of health and safety regulations in the laboratory

• 2nd Degree in Chemistry/ Chemistry engineer . preferably in the field of organic and/or polymer chemistry or education as a chemical lab technician with respective further training and extensive work experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the field of resin formulation and development (epoxy, acrylate, etc.) is a must.
• Profound knowledge of polymer chemistry and material sciences
• Basic knowledge of additive manufacturing, DLP, SLA is a plus.
• Previous experience with laboratory safety regulations is a plus.
• Very good collaborative skills in an international environment
• Friendly and competent appearance to internal and external stakeholders
• Business-fluent English skills.
