- Manage the SEC annual and quarterly 10-K / 10-Q filings process including the financial statements, footnotes and MD&A, ensuring compliance with all reporting and disclosure requirements under U.S. GAAP and the SEC (including iXBRL).
- Manage complex accounting processes including revenue, equity, stock-based compensation, EPS, leases, goodwill, intangibles, consolidations and intercompany eliminations.
- Assess the impact of financial reporting information received from other functions and service providers.
- Partner with Legal and Investor Relations to prepare financial communications for earnings releases, quarterly and annual reporting.
- Stay current on technical accounting matters, assist with research on technical accounting topics and implementing new accounting standards.
- Assist with external auditors' quarterly review and annual audit processes.
- Liaise with the finance leadership team, external public accountants, attorneys and internal departments.
- Develop and implement improvement initiatives to increase the efficiency, accuracy, and timeliness of all financial reporting deliverables.
- Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company information, data, and systems.
- Ensure that security policies and procedures are followed.

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent.
- CPA and/or advanced degrees (preferred but not required).
- Minimum 5+ years related experience.
- Public company accounting experience.
- International accounting experience.
- Hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Strong technical skills and experience in financial reporting and US GAAP accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to take on challenges in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and build working relationships across global teams.
- Results driven with a high level of ownership, initiative, teamwork, accountability, and integrity.
- Must be willing to travel to the San Francisco Bay Area occasionally.
- Typical work environment includes desktop computing work using typical desktop computing equipment (laptop, keyboard, mouse, monitors, desk, chair) in an office environment and/or remote workspace environment.
- Ability to sit and use typical desktop computing workspace equipment - e.g. mouse, keyboard, monitor, phone - for extended periods of time.
- Manual dexterity to operate a typical desktop computing workstation.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing, using virtual meeting and communication tools such as email, Google Meet, and Slack.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15 pounds, if required.
