- Accountable for the development and roll-out of digital tools, systems, platforms, and processes
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of fit for purpose Building Information Modeling (BIM) / Digital Twin and ensure alignment with our Digital Engineering technology roadmap
- Establish BIM governance structures and data standards across Project Delivery and facility operations.
- Use data to shift from responding to risks to proactively addressing them and minimizing design/construction modifications.
- Increase facility efficiency and effectiveness across the facility lifecycle through best-in-class digital solution implementation
- Drive the seamless integration of BIM across the facility lifecycle for multiple types of facilities.
- Ensure adoption of new digitally enabled way of working
- Minimum of eight (8) years of related experience in engineering design and construction with deep understanding of BIM technology and applications, as well as experience with common E&PS applications and data types
- Prior experience working in a health care environment (Pharmaceuticals, Medical Device)
- Project management experience including solid project management skills, proven organization, coordination, and action tracking skills; including project management processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Strong collaboration skills to work with regional/corporate E&PS teams, external partners, Business IT, Business Unit Operations, and other J&J functions
- Drive and determination to effectively implement digital solutions for enhanced facility productivity and efficiency.
- Experience in data management and visualization systems such as Power BI and/or Tableau.
- Strong business insight and relationship building skills.
- Experience in leading groups and developing / deployment new capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven experience in E&PS project delivery, facilities management, and real estate systems
- Experience leading complex workstreams, specifically across geographically dispersed teams.
- Experience building strategic relationships with internal and external project partners and stakeholders.

- This position has an estimated annual salary of 118-236,000 USD$
