Full time benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, paid holidays and paid time off.Summary pay range: $22.36 - $27.60 hourly wage rate.The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:
  • Interface with production employees to identify upcoming shipping requirements and communicates this information with the shipping and receiving lead and the packaging team.
  • Uses data to establish priority items to be packed and to determine what packing materials, pallets or crates are needed.
  • Work with shipping and receiving lead to process outgoing shipments. This includes, but is not limited to generating packing slips, bills of lading, customs documents, ASNs and load sheets.
  • Work with shipping and receiving lead to receive incoming material deliveries, verify purchase order quantities to the materials received. This includes moving and organizing materials into home storage location and complete ERP inventory move transactions in a timely manner.
  • Positions are expected to be able to work both independently and with a high degree of detail and accuracy.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required. Applicants must present proof of US Person status prior to hire. A post-offer drug test and physical is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years shipping and receiving experience required. Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Experience maintaining inventory using ERP/MRP system preferred. Experience tracking inventory with AX2012 a plus. Must be able to use Microsoft Outlook email. Strong reading and analytical skills.
  • Must be able to be forklift certified within one (1) month of accepting the position. Previous forklift experience is preferred.
  • The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Employees are often required to lift large, awkward tools that weigh up to 35 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Must have the ability to operate power tools and machines with moving parts.
