The van driver will be responsible for ensuring the comfort and safety of passengers during transit.Responsibilities: * Safely operate a van to transport employees to and from designated locations.
  • Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle.
  • Assist passengers with entering and exiting the van as needed.
  • Ensure the safety of passengers during transit, including the use of seat belts and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance.
  • Communicate effectively with passengers to ensure a positive experience.
  • Handle any passenger concerns or emergencies that may arise during transit.
  • Follow designated routes and schedules to ensure timely arrivals and departures.
  • Perform routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in proper working condition.
QualificationsQualifications: * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Previous experience as a driver, preferably in a similar capacity.
  • Excellent driving skills and knowledge of traffic laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Punctuality and reliability.
  • Physical ability to assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle.
  • Familiarity with basic vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed.
Preferred Qualifications: * Defensive driving certification.
  • CPR and first aid training.
  • Knowledge of local roads and traffic patterns.
  • Experience working with diverse groups of people.
