- Drive sales activities to meet short- and long-term objectives.
- Manage up to 6 Tier 3 client accounts
- Collaborate with the virtual team for sustainable and profitable growth.
- Develop and execute ongoing Account Development Plans.

- Build client relationships, ensuring loyalty and satisfaction.
- Understand customer business needs and identify growth opportunities.
- Create a sales pipeline in collaboration with Marketing.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date sales forecasts.
- Address customer requests and deliver services as agreed.
- Effectively lead and manage the virtual team for optimal alignment and engagement.
- Identify resource needs, plan, and engage resources efficiently.
- Drive two-way communication, linking customer priorities to SITA's value proposition.
- Influence a wide range of customer stakeholders and manage purchase decisions.
- Communicate economic trends internally and externally.
- Obtain necessary business approvals, including presentation at BAB.
- Monitor account status and drive issue resolution.
- Ensure full compliance in all internal and external dimensions of the business.
- Support cash collection activities by resolving commercial issues.
- 5+ years' experience in sales function; preferably within ATI or IT sector
- Experience in building client relationships at Executive Management level
- Achieving revenue growth of the client portfolio
- Achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Proven successful experience in business development and pipeline management
- Experience in facilitating and driving account development plans
- Positive customer service experience
- Spanish native with fluent English

- University degree in business-related field, or equivalent professional experience.
