-Work as a customer advocate within the company
-Maintain a short to mid-term product backlog
-Work with the R&D team to actualize the backlog
-Create and maintain product materials such as Catalogue, Release Notes, User Manual, etc.
-Gather feedback and provide product training to internal stakeholders such as Technical Sales, Customer Support, Operations, etc.What do we expect from you?-Education, work experience, or hobbies in technical/technological field
-Strong passion for technical products and evolving technology.
-Ability to understand complex systems and explain them simply to others.
