- Responsible for ensuring that the procedures, technical manuals, and contractual requirements are compiled with.
- Performs inspections and audits and ensures, through various audits, inspections, tests, and measures, that personnel follow approved established procedures/directives.
- Monitors all operations to ensure a safe working environment is established and maintained.
- Ensure personnel performing assigned tasks are qualified and certified as required.
- Establishes trend analysis data for process monitoring and problem reporting.
- Documents any corrective actions required when violations of approved practices and procedures are noted and perform follow-up observations when necessary.
- Inspects procedural documentation, technical manuals and other standards and specifications to ensure they are current, and all applicable changes have been entered.
- Ensures that personnel follow all procedures governing the operation of the applicable equipment.
- Inspects to ensure material handling devices to be used have been recently tested and certified.
- Performs quality assurance audits as planned and directed by management.
- Develop trend analysis data of preventive maintenance, service calls and maintenance repairs for monitoring and problem identification.
- Provides written technical reports to higher-level management concerning all processing and procedure deficiencies, technical problems, and/or potential problems.
- Other duties as assigned by management and/or supervisor.
- Active Driver’s license and proof of current automobile insurance and the ability to travel to local facilities.
- U.S. citizenship required.
- Ability to pass a background and or Govt. security clearance.
- Must possess skills to read, write and comprehend English.
- Bachelor's Degree or two years of Quality Control experience in addition to requirements below.
- Three to six years of experience in Custodial Quality Control procedures and demonstrate ability to utilize existing programs as well as ability to create and administer new programs.
- Two years of experience in a supervisory capacity
- Must have received a minimum of OSHA 30 hours safety training and demonstrate ability to convey existing company policies to employees through toolbox meetings and talks.
- Must conduct QC and Safety inspections daily and document those inspections.
- Must have the ability to manage time efficiently, work with multiple department directors and managers, as well as maintain schedules.
