Are you ready to make your impact to help pets?What you’ll do here:Quickly and iteratively design wireframes and detailed designsLead in the creation of user-centric, ego-less designsProactively pitch new omni-channel CX ideas, backed by strong rationaleWork independently in times of ambiguityCo-lead workshops and test planningDrive stakeholder alignment through early feedback sessionsDesign for flexibility, personalization and automationLead design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launchesWork with small multi-disciplinary teams. You’ll partner closely with engineering, product, and business folks to find elegant but practical solutions to design challengesRapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes; knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail, and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypesStay abreast of UX trends and look for creative ideas and inspiration in parallel analogous worlds.What you’ll bring to the team:Around 5 years relatable experienceExperience building, using, maintaining, and advocating for design systems.Proficiency with standard design, prototyping and productivity tools, including Figma, Jira and Adobe Creative Suite.A clear understanding of what constitutes superior design and the drive to continually elevate standards.Demonstrable experience in designing, prototyping and launching exceptional end-to-end experiences.Ability to distill complex information and requirements into simple flows.Sound knowledge of web and mobile UI technologies.Eagerness to deeply understand customers and their needs.Thorough knowledge of usability and accessibility standards.Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to succinctly explain your design decisions.Enthusiasm for design craftsmanship and a commitment to stay inspired.An online portfolio showcasing your design approach and impact, through highlighted work samples or case studiesBonus: experience in front end developmentWhere you’ll work: This is a hybrid opportunity.Why you might love working here:Whether you work at CP HQ or join our team remotely, get ready to be greeted by our furry associates as pets are at the center of everything we do!
