Scope of leadership rolePosition Summary: In charge of the configuration of materials, supermarkets and warehouses through Oracle warehouse management for the correct and efficient receipt and storage of materials, implementation and maintenance of system transactions for inventory control. Responsible for the configuration of electronic equipment, scanners and kanban printers providing direct support to internal logistics ensuring equipment is functional and transactions are executed correctly. Identifies, develops and implements space optimization and operations efficiency projects through system configuration and packaging control creating internal standard and documenting processes.Key Responsibilities

Configuration of warehouses by Oracle system.
Configure and maintain the master data item.
Development of new material handling processes.
Responsible for the configuration of electronic equipment for transactions.
Document processes and create standard work procedures for transaction handling.
Identifies and develops improvement projects in logistics areas.
Recognizes opportunities on raw material supplier’s packaging to optimize costs and handling.
Analyzing and documenting management operations to ensure safe and efficiency.
Inventory and material movement reports.
Direct support to internal logistics for inventory control system.
Inventory and capacity analysis.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS

Ability to use a Warehouse Management System (SAP, Oracle).
Storage system design.
Warehouse and logistics processes knowledge.
Lean manufacturing tools knowledge.
Good verbal and written communication skills.

Required Education / Experience / Skills:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent related experience. 3+ years. Proactive, Self-motivated, Results Oriented.

Language: English written and spoken 70%
MS Office suite Power User (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
