Longleaf Home Buyers, a rapidly expanding real estate wholesaling company, is currently in search of a capable Disposition Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will be pivotal in overseeing the sales process of our property inventory, ensuring swift and effective transactions. We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a strong background in real estate and a demonstrated history of accomplishments.Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and nurture relationships with buyers and investors within the real estate market, with a focus on adding new investors to our client database on a weekly basis.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote properties across various platforms, including online advertising, social media, and direct marketing initiatives.
  • Promptly respond to inquiries and diligently follow up with potential buyers in a professional manner.
  • Coordinate property inspections, appraisals, walkthroughs, and other necessary due diligence activities required by buyers.
  • Collaborate closely with the Acquisitions team and Transaction Coordinator to ensure accurate property information and smooth transaction processes.
  • Aid the Transaction Coordinator in updating and maintaining listings of available properties on our company website, MLS, and other third-party listing platforms.
  • Offer support to the Acquisitions team as required.
  • Participate in meetings and events to expand networking opportunities with potential buyers and investors.
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, real estate, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Knowledgeable about real estate markets, pricing, and trends.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and effectively multitask.
  • Strong negotiation skills and a proven ability to close deals.
  • Proficient in Google Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.
