Ltd Job Type: Permanent Location: Remote Working Shift: 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM IST Role Overview: We are seeking a seasoned Scrum Master to join our team and provide guidance on architectural issues, troubleshooting, and team expansion. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a willingness to learn, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities: Lead and facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Collaborate closely with product owners and development teams to refine product backlog items and prioritize user stories. Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices. Ensure the team adheres to Agile methodologies and delivers high-quality software increments. Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress. Work with UI/UX designer to finalize the wireframes the team will work on. Write and execute test cases to ensure the quality of software increments Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred. Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments.
