We operate in supply-rich locations like India, Central and Eastern Europe, South America, Canada, and Southeast Asia.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources (HR) Senior Executive to implement a variety of human resource programs. The HR department will depend on your assistance in a number of important functions such as Offer roll out, completion of preboarding documentation, BGV checks, onboarding, training and development etc.If you are looking to build your career in HR, this is the place to be. Due to the diversity of responsibilities of the role, the ideal candidate will be a competent and resourceful individual with a passion for HR.The goal is to ensure the HR departments operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Candidate document validation and Offer roll out.
  • Compile and update candidate records (hard and soft copies)
  • Assist candidates in completing pre onboarding documentation.
  • Initiate candidate background verification checks
  • Process documentation and prepare reports relating to offer generation and background verification
Experience and Requirements:What we expect:
  • Proven experience as HR Executive
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. AscentHR) will be a plus
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
  • Minimum Graduation / Post-Graduation in Business administration or relevant field
  • Additional HR training will be a plus
  • Minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant experience
