- Deep dive national stakeholders (incl. CDC, public health academy) insights, and synthesize into national and regional strategies
- Support team leader to develop brand strategic and execution plan with clear objective & KPIs setting, and drive execution excellence.
- National CDC/public health academy, customer and vaccine ecosystem partner engagement & management.
- Lead national program development and execution, incl. national and regional congresses, launch campaign, innovative partnership, etc.
- 5+ years’ experience in pharmaceutical industry
- 3+ years’ hands-on experience in central marketing,
- National Innovation Program management experience preferred
- Vaccine brand management experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree or above, medicine or pharmaceutical background preferred
- Advanced level of market insights, customer engagement, problem solving ,productive communication and CFT collaboration
- Applying level of strategic business management
- Willing to travel including on weekends
- Communication skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with external customers and partners, internal management teams and cross-functional teams.
- Key decision maker influence: The ability to identify and frequently interact with decision stakeholders who have a key influence on the decision, adjust and influence stakeholders' expectations in a proactive manner, and effectively align their interests to achieve win-win cooperation.
