Tokmanni's business is growing strongly and we are making significant investments in the development of IT operations. These and the other recruitments underway in our IT department are part of strengthening our future IT organization to take Tokmanni's digital business to a new level in a multichannel environment.We want to help Mr. Tokmanni and his colleagues to ensure a smooth and multichannel customer experience in our department and online stores. We are now looking for a professional with strong IT skills to strengthen our Infrastructure and Security Operations service area.Our operations are based on the ITIL reference model to a suitable extent, and we are actively working to develop our internal processes.Your key responsibilitiesIn this job role, you will be responsible for Tokmanni's cloud platform, data centers and server infrastructure. You will work closely with various internal stakeholders and several different service providers. Within the organization, you will collaborate not only with your own team but also with other IT product owners. Tokmanni acquires services and development work mainly from external service providers operating in Finland and in the Nordic countries and an important part of your job will be to guide service providers in these areas.Guiding service providers includes the development of your responsibility area from definition through testing to production as well as ensuring the functionality of service management processes.You will also participate in strategic projects as a representative of your own area of responsibility and act as a project leader in smaller projects.You will be responsible for an important area of Tokmanni's business, where you'll have the opportunity to impact how things are done, aligning with your own vision. Tokmanni has a modern cloud platform implementation in use and is in a process to migrate remaining applicable workloads to cloud as a part of the IT modernization. The task does not include supervisory responsibility.What do we expect from you?We expect you to have previous experience in similar tasks either on the customer or supplier side and experience in IT development tasks and project work. You will be responsible for a clearly defined area, and we expect that you have the desire and ability to act independently. Solid understanding of Information Security and data protection is a prerequisite to succeed in this task.You are familiar with today's IT development models and can work effectively with our suppliers and support our department in implementing modern development models. Your solid IT expertise enables you to engage fluently in technical discussions with suppliers and IT colleagues.Experience in enterprise backup and monitoring solutions is considered as a benefit.We also hope for:Flexible approach to work and solution-oriented approach
