Our Malta location offers a fast-moving, multi-cultural, and dynamic work environment in a sunny setting.Job DescriptionTogether with the TA team develop robust Standard Operating Procedures to refine current processesSource potential candidates through online channels (e.g. job boards, social platforms and professional networks etc)Schedule and conduct interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviewsReport on KPI's, projects and deliverables per country to the HR BP to Operations and key stakeholders as requiredPro-actively source candidates whilst identifying additional and new financially-feasible sourcesCreate and manage recruitment pipelines as well as report on TA activities per marketFollow the agreed Talent Acquisition processes to ensure a thorough, consistent and objective selection process is undertaken with each candidateUndertake thorough, fair and well-evidenced interviews with potential candidates including briefing them on the interview process and managing their expectations effectivelyInitiate and develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand and assist with their Talent Acquisition needsPartner with employer branding team to create talent attraction initiativesPro-actively network with the Operations team, meeting stakeholders where possible, to remain informed about business performance and hiring needsDevelop strong external knowledge of EVO's market to provide guidance and advice to internal stakeholders e.g. competitor and market analysis, candidate profiling etcDeliver high levels of customer service and work to ensure the talent acquisition process is well-managedMaintain post-hiring contact with new hires to ensure an outstanding candidate experienceWhere relevant provide additional support to the business around sourcing, identifying and assessing potential candidatesPro-actively and professionally represent Evolution Gaming in the external market as an employer of choice for candidates (i.e.: attending job fairs etc)Qualifications1 - 3 years of experience as a talent acquisition specialist, or similar roleSpeaking Dutch and or Swedish will be considered an asset * Knowledge of effective hiring platforms that attract suitable applicants and experience in high-volume recruitment.

Experience in creating awareness of the company brand and establishing professional relationships with candidates.
