This will be full time and on-site.What You'll DoCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand their challenges and objectivesConduct interviews, workshops, and surveys to gather business requirementsAnalyze current business processes and propose improvements or new system requirementsUtilize data analytics tools to analyze large datasets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to support business decisionsDevelop and maintain reports and dashboards that provide visibility into key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metricsWork with IT and data teams to ensure data accuracy and integrityTranslate business needs into detailed technical requirements for IT development teamsCreate functional specifications, data flow diagrams, and process maps to guide system design and developmentServe as a liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams to ensure clear communication and alignment on project objectives and deliverables.Facilitate meetings and presentations to report on findings, progress, and solutionsAssist in project planning, scheduling, and tracking to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budgetIdentify project risks and issues, and work with the team to develop mitigation and resolution strategiesCollaborate with QA teams to define testing strategies and plansReview test cases and participate in testing activities to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and quality standardsDevelop training materials and conduct training sessions for users on new systems and reportsProvide ongoing support and guidance to users on data analytics tools and methodologiesWhat You'll NeedRequired:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related fieldProven experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role, with a strong focus on data analyticsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze large datasets and translate data into insightsProficiency in data analytics tools and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholdersKnowledge of business process reengineering and requirements gathering methodologiesExperience with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environmentPreferred:Certifications in data analytics & business analysis.Experience in specific industries or business domains relevant to the organization.Experience with SalesforceExperience with TableauPhysical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standardsSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitors#LI-LY1Reasonable Accommodation StatementIf you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre-employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to or (888) 824 – 8111.Equal Employment Opportunity Policy StatementIt is the policy of CAI not to discriminate against any employee or applicant due to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, marital status, genetic information, disability or being a protected veteran.
