Overview The role of CA (Inter-qualified) /CA/CMA is essential to the financial and accounting functions of the organization. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance with financial regulations, accurate reporting, and strategic financial planning. Key Responsibilities Prepare financial statements and reports Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes Perform internal and external audits Ensure compliance with tax regulations Participate in the development and implementation of financial policies Conduct risk assessment and management Support in financial systems implementation and upgrades Provide guidance on financial regulations and standards Oversee asset management and cash flow Assist in the preparation of financial data for regulatory filings Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial matters Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements Train and mentor junior staff as needed Stay updated on accounting and finance best practices Required Qualifications CA (Inter) / CA / CMA qualification Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and standards Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems Strong understanding of tax laws and regulations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Effective communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills Strategic thinking and decision-making capabilities CPA or CMA certification is a plus Experience in a supervisory or managerial role Knowledge of industry-specific financial regulations Continuous learning and professional development mindset Skills: accounting,financial reporting,budgeting,auditing
