Job Description The Customer relationship manager coordinates pre-sales activities. He/she transfers industry, technical and product knowledge to customers via good written, verbal and presentation skills. Assists in all levels of technical account planning and accompanies sales account managers on visits to customers. The CRM supports the successful achievement of Information Builders sales targets by analysing the technical needs and providing Information Builders ability to deliver the solutions proposed to prospects or existing customers. Objectives of this role Contacting customers and understanding their requirements i.e., budget, location, facilities, etc. that they require. Coordinating with clients for solving query and attend enquiry Responsible for to attend both incoming and outbound calls/ Enquiries Filtering the genuine customers and transferring their call to the sales manager Arranging meeting with clients Arranging and scheduling property site visit with clients To update data (MIS) and Data Entry in CRM Application or Tracker Overall administrator of the lead management, client servicing and CRM software. Required Skills Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills Metrics-driven marketing mind with eye for creativity & content management Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools Qualifications Any graduate or above. 2 Year experience in the Real Estate / Voice Process / CRM sector.
