Manufacturing (FMCG), Trading or Export/Import, Direct Selling/Marketing Service CompanyResponsibilities & ContextCheck all kinds of bills, Vouchers & vat tax compliance.Maintain and prepare all kinds of vouchers, cash books, bill registers, general ledger & different registers related to finance & accounts and posting into the system.Coordination with Auditor for Monthly VAT & Tax Return Preparation & Submission.Assist in preparing monthly financial statements, and flash reports regularly.Prepare necessary documents and ensure the safety, security, and confidentiality of information. To prepare monthly accounts and Bank Reconciliation statements.Any other duties assigned by the seniors and the management as and when required.Maintained & repaired sales invoices, client visits & banking correspondence.Must be able to maintain Company accounts, cash and bank transactions, receipt and payment statements, cash and fund flow statements, stock records, Trial balances, Profit and Loss accounts, Tax and VAT Management, etc.Compensation & Other Benefits
