Co-ordinate and manage all divisions under the subsidiary, including driving school, professional drivers academy, and defensive driving training.
Collaborate with all divisional heads in the subsidiary to achieve maximum productivity and efficiency in all products and services offered.
Ensure maximum sales production of all divisional products is maintained through effective marketing strategies and customer engagement.
Prepare and submit all monthly, quarterly, and yearly production reports for management review, highlighting the profitability and performance of the subsidiary.
Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and expansion opportunities for the subsidiary.
Align all training programs with the organization's vision and mission statement, ensuring they meet industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Ensure that all work tools and resources related to the subsidiary are effectively utilized and maintained to meet quality standards and safety regulations.
Maintain a customer-centric approach in the general outlook of the subsidiary, ensuring exceptional service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Provide leadership and direction to staff, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; a Master's degree is desirable with 10-12 years experience.
Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the transportation or education sector, with a focus on training and development.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of driving business growth and profitability.
Knowledge of industry regulations and standards related to driver training and transportation.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications.
Passion for Training and imparting knowledge.
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate teams to achieve organizational goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
