- Collaborate with HR team to digitize employee files, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Conduct comprehensive compliance audits on all employee files, ensuring adherence to company policies and regulations.
- Execute a thorough I9 audit to verify compliance and accuracy of employee documentation.
- Assist in the administration of employee surveys, collecting and analyzing data to provide valuable insights for HR initiatives.
- Currently enrolled in junior year of college or pursuing a master's degree in business, preferably with a focus in Human Resources.
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Eagerness to learn and contribute in a fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience in various aspects of Human Resources.
