- Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential customers and generate interest.
- Participate in sales campaigns, making outbound cold and warm calls.
- Establish highly qualified sales appointments for sales representatives.
- Implement marketing plans to attract and manage leads.
- Provide exceptional customer service through outgoing call and email support for retained and new business.
- Support offline marketing activities (Tradeshows, events, seminars etc)
- Assist in executing digital marketing campaigns through different channels and tactics(email, paid ad, social, website, webinar etc)
- Maintain and expand a prospect database.(HubSpot and Salesforce)
- Review and input Marketing bowler on a regular basis to meet annual target.
- Learn to optimize new digital platforms and tactics for utilization.
- Learn to optimize Salesforce CRM platform according to business requirements.
- Assist in data migration, cleansing, and maintenance tasks within Salesforce.
- Create custom reports and dashboards to analyze customer data and track key performance indicators.
- Assist in developing strategies to enhance customer engagement through Salesforce tools integrated with other marketing tools.
- Assist in integrating Salesforce with other systems and applications to streamline processes and improve data consistency.
- Work with cross-functional teams to map out customer journeys and identify opportunities for enhancing engagement through Salesforce.
- Participate in testing activities to ensure the quality and reliability of Salesforce data and reports.
- Stay updated on the latest marketing tactics and best practices in digital marketing and customer engagement.
- Maintain proper documentation for standard processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and future reference.
