They are currently looking to recruit and adept ICT Infrastructure and Application Monitoring Specialist to bolster their team.Applications Monitoring Technician responsibilities:
- Drive the implementation of streamlined event management processes and automation
- Maintain and configure central monitoring platforms, conducting routine health checks and providing troubleshooting support
- Facilitate the seamless integration of new technologies into monitoring systems
- Extend Elastic support to internal and external stakeholders
- Contribute insights to the governance of application and infrastructure monitoring design
- Craft efficient monitoring and event management solutions
- Extensive background in Application Performance Monitoring, with a focus on Elastic Observability
- Proficiency in Elastic Enterprise Search and Kibana
- Strong coding skills in languages like Java, Python, and Node.js
- Familiarity with distributed tracking techniques
- Proven ability in troubleshooting and conducting root cause analysis
- Excellent communication, analytical, and evaluative capabilities
- NV2 clearance
